This top-tier category is for our professional, highly skilled performers. Within this group, artists are recognized for their unique strengths:
Performance Artists: These are our specialists, selected for their high level of technical and artistic skill. They are the first to be considered for all major production shows.
Corporate Artists: These are our versatile generalists. They have solid professional experience and are a key part of our network.

This category is for ambitious new talent. Upcoming Artists have foundational skills and are actively building their portfolio. They are a crucial part of our community and are considered for entry-level gigs and local showcase opportunities.

When a new opportunity arises, we follow a clear process to find the perfect fit:
For Production Shows: These opportunities are first offered to our Performance Artists.
For Corporate & Nightlife Gigs: These opportunities are open to both Performance Artists and Corporate Artists.
For All Other Opportunities: If a Company Artist is unavailable or the project's budget falls outside of our standard rates, we turn to our Upcoming Artists. This provides new talent with valuable professional experience and gives our clients a flexible, lower-cost option.

Artist Submissions
We are always seeking new talent to join the Cirque Lucid family. We welcome submissions from artists of all backgrounds and disciplines who are ready to share their art with the world.

Please Note: Acceptance of an artist status membership is not a guaranteed contract or work opportunity. It is to have you in our roster for potential future opportunities!

This category is for our professional, highly skilled artists to be considered for our Contemporary Production shows. You must be a proven master in your field with a significant professional history.
Please Note: Selection for our Performance Artist category is largely based on the creative vision of our current and upcoming shows. We're looking for artists whose unique skills and aesthetic are the perfect fit for a specific project we're investing in. If you are not selected for this category at this time, please don't be discouraged. We encourage you to re-apply in the future as our creative needs evolve.
Qualifications:
Be a master of your chosen discipline(s), subject to the discretion of our review board.
And either:
Have performed with, or been contracted by, at least 1 highly recognized circus company, contemporary group, or festival, and be in good standing with their directors.
OR, have attended a minimum of 3 years at a qualifying Post-Secondary Circus Institution, and be in good standing with their directors.
OR, has an Extensive training background, training under highly-recognized individuals, and has been performing professionally for a minimum of 6 years.

To be considered for our Corporate Artist tier, you must demonstrate strong professional skill and experience.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate solid professional experience and a high-level of general skill in a variety of disciplines, subject to the discretion of our review board.
And either:
Performed a minimum of 80 professional shows, festivals, or corporate events, and be in good standing with their directors.
OR, Completion of at least 2 years of intensive training at a professional circus school, and be in good standing with their directors.
OR, has an large training background and has been performing professionally for a minimum of 4 years.

OR, have completed at least 1 year of intensive training at a professional circus school and be in good standing with their directors.
OR, have been actively training and performing professionally for a minimum of 2 years.

The artistry of Cirque Lucid is powered by a team of dedicated professionals. From technical and creative roles to operations and administration, we seek experts who share our commitment to excellence. and a passion for live entertainment.
Key Production & Professional Roles:
To be considered for a key role on our production or administrative team, a candidate must demonstrate the same high level of expertise and professional standing as our Company Artists.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate a mastery of your chosen field (e.g., rigging, lighting design, production management, marketing, legal counsel), subject to the discretion of our review board.
And either:
Have served in a key leadership or senior role on at least 1 highly recognized production, company, or professional organization, and be in good standing with their directors.
OR, hold a relevant degree or professional certification from a qualifying institution with a minimum of two years of verifiable professional experience in their field.
Required Submission Materials:
A professional resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV) detailing relevant experience.
A professional portfolio or a reel showcasing your work.
A minimum of two professional letters of recommendation.
